Walk for Memories

At 10:00 am on Sunday January 25^th, the third annual Walk for Memories commenced at the Richmond Oval.  The event was well attended by all ages as a fundraiser for Alzheimer’s.  The rain held off and the temperatures were mild.  More than 200 folks pre-registered to join in the walk along the north part of scenic River Road.  The cure for this disease is still many years in the future and continues to devastate sufferers and their families.  Thanks to The Investor’s Group and all of the volunteers, donors and walkers in this year’s successful event.
