Celebration of Life for Lew, February 10, 2018
I think the whole ceremony was a tremendous success and we had a beautiful, sunny day. Lew would have been happy.
We had a lot of compliments on how well the day went. Thanks for your part in that. We couldn’t have done it without you. It was the right length, the speeches went well, just the right combination of laughs and tears, the slideshow was nice, and I think Quilchena did well.
There were many comments on our good choice of a Celebrant so I think you did well.
Thanks for the Keepsake.
I would like to provide a recommendation for Kimberley Evans who conducted the Celebration of Life Ceremony for my beloved sister. Kim was very supportive and took the time to understand my sister’s life story and to work with us to create a unique & beautiful ceremony. Kim brought many ideas and elements that we could choose from that allowed us to create a special and fitting event. The bell ringing ceremony brought everyone together and encouraged many to speak. The candle lighting ceremony was very special and has left us with long lasting meaning.
I truly want to thank Kim for her compassion, her support and for creating such a special ceremony.
I highly recommend Kim for her Celebration of Life Ceremonies.
WEDDING AUGUST 19TH 2017 IN STEVESTON
TAYLOR & BRYANNE
We cannot thank you enough for bringing our very special day to life. You really captured both of our upbringings, religions and families cultures in your passages. You captured the audience with your sense of humor, and calming presence, and were very well prepared come the big day. From our first meeting all those many months ago, up until our big day you kept us in the loop, told us what to expect and wrote a very detailed and personal script that we couldn’t have been happier with. We are both truly blessed to have had you their present on our wedding day to help us celebrate this next chapter of our lives together.

Dwight and I wanted to express how over the moon happy we are with our wedding ceremony! You brought to life our love story with, humor storytelling and charm. Words can’t describe how grateful we are; thank you! (May 21, 2017)
“Kim did an amazing job helping Kelly and me create a personalized wedding ceremony, just specially for us. The knot tying ritual was perfect as a commitment to our married life and our family. It was easy and Kim was very flexible from day one. Three very young children participated in the ceremony and Kim made sure that they all had fun!”
Our 50th Wedding Anniversary was special but Kim’s beautiful words really added to the celebratory feel. She made what was a lovely party feel even more special. We both felt Kim’s added touch gave us both a moment to reflect and be thankful for all our blessings. Thank you Kim you really added to the event.
It was such an honor to have Kim, a long time friend of my Mum’s perform our wedding ceremony. We were quite particular with what we wanted and Kim was so respectful of everything we asked and still managed to personalize the ceremony and make it special for Travis and me. Kim also did a blessing before dinner at the reception, which again was exactly what we had asked for and really added to the event. Thank-You so much Kim for helping to make this very special day even more wonderful!
Kim, thank you so much for coming out and inspiring us to relearn how to “enjoy the moment.”
The ladies in attendance are all struggling with a number of difficulties in their lives and therefore find it difficult to move forward . You reminded us that Spring is the perfect time to cast off old habits and focus instead on positive affirmations.
I wanted to drop you a note of thanks from my mother and me. You were both a tremendous and gracious help to us both and you assisted greatly in making my Dad’s service special and an event I think he would have approved of. It was a trying and difficult time and you both made it so much easier with your guidance and advice. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in need of something similar and would be only to happy to serve as a reference for either of you.
Again, many thanks. We are truly grateful.
Ms Evans truly captured and honored my father’s spirit. She carefully considered our family dynamics and created and delivered a thoughtful Eulogy. She is very creative in her approach and offered many unique recommendations specific to our family’s values. I highly recommend Ms Evans as celebrant.
Kim was very nice to work with. We think we got good value for what we paid. She spent a lot of time with us to work on our vows with us. When we realized we did not have a Master of Ceremonies organized she stepped right into the role. She had a manner about her that was warm and engaging. We would highly recommend her.
“Kimberley Evans was the life celebrant for our Aunt’s beautiful and heartwarming memorial service. We were very touched by Kim’s emotional connection with the family and her gift of keeping this tribute to our loved one flowing and beautifully orchestrated in her very kind, sensitive and sincere manner. We would highly recommend Kimberley to assist you with a ceremony that will reflect your loved ones life story.”
“When Jae and I decided we wanted to get married, there was only one person that came to my mind that would be perfect to conduct the ceremony. Having known Kim for a long time, I knew that I wanted her passion and her love for all that she does. When we met with Kim and told her what our ideas were, a Big Gay Neon themed Potluck, she smiled and immediately got excited with us!
From that day on she became closely involved with our process and even told us about the Neon Pink top she had in mind to wear. We felt like a family throughout.
We were given so many great options, most that hadn’t even crossed our minds, on how to best celebrate our love and make it significant and marking on our wedding day. The ceremony was beautiful and fun and Kim the way you spoke at the wedding had everyone loving every moment.
Thank you so much for being a part of our special day. It meant the world to us.”
