The couple and their attendants arrived at the Hall in a stretch limo in time for a 4:00 wedding. The interior decorations were in white and silver, stunning. Their two Flower Girls dutifully spread petals as the Bride was escorted in by her father. Brandon and Caitlin met in 2013 and the handsome couple exchanged rings on a beautiful sunny day. Wishing you all the happiness your hearts can hold!.
Garden Bay on the Sunshine Coast was the perfect setting for Dustin and Jessica’s wedding. At 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 23 they exchanged vows and rings on a cliff overlooking the Garden Bay marina. The stunning bride was escorted down a path by her parents while the groom, several children and 30 guests waited in the beautiful, warm sunshine. They had a “ring warming” at the beginning and the little children played a delightful part in their ceremony. Dustin said to me, “we are having children at our wedding and whatever happens is fine by us”! Best wishes to.
The Bride comes from the Philippines. They both wanted the cultural traditions the Bride’s country incorporated into their wedding ceremony. We included all the special people or Sponsors who support the newly married couple and they were: the Principles, Candle, Cord, Veil, Coin and Ring Sponsors. The Bride and Groom’s parents both gave their blessing for children’s marriage. White and purple colours complimented the beautiful Bride to a tea! Congratulations to Tyrel and Precious and may your cups overflow with love and joy..
Such a surprise that the weather cooperated so beautifully for an outdoor wedding on April 2 at the Langley Golf Club. The Bride wore a stunning “Cinderella” gown that suited her perfectly. The ceremony was poignant and whimsical. Good luck to this lovely young couple in their new married life!.
The Walk for Memories on May 1st marks the fifth year this fundraiser has been organized by Investors Group. The walk was a great success raising more money over last year, to help to find a cure for dementia/Alzheimer’s. This disease wreaks havoc on families in so many disturbing ways. The sun was shining as the walkers headed south on Railway Avenue 2½k each way. Many volunteers pitched in and participated in the walk. I returned for my second year meeting up with friends and making new ones. Life Celebrant BC donates 10% gross income towards this very worthy cause..
